The Woodhouse Day Spa of North Bethesda has reopened!

For the health and safety of our guests and our team members, we've made some adjustments to our normal operations in order to be able to reopen safely. While your visit to The Woodhouse will be a little different for the foreseeable future, our mission, as always, is to create an exceptional experience for you. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we navigate our new process. Here's what you can expect:

SCHEDULING YOUR NEXT EXPERIENCE

We are currently accepting reservations with limited availability to ensure we maintain a safe capacity and allow adequate time between reservations to fully disinfect treatment rooms.
To keep our guests and team healthy, we're limiting the use of our Quiet Room to guests with multiple spa appointments and suspending some services and amenities (for example: The Woodhouse Four-Handed Massage). Online booking is currently unavailable. Please call the Spa Concierge to schedule: (240) 317-3114.

THE DAY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Both staff and guests are required to wear face masks. Please plan to bring your own as we have a very limited supply.
  • We are currently not accepting cash as a form of payment.
  • You'll be asked to complete a questionnaire and have your temperature taken upon arrival; if you are experiencing symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule your treatment(s).
  • Our team will also have their temperatures taken daily and anyone exhibiting fever or symptoms will not be permitted to work.
  • Quiet room is only accessible to those guests who have multiple treatments booked on the same day.


Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my Woodhouse Gift Card or Referral Rewards Dollars during the closure?

We are honoring expired Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards until the end of 2020. Please make sure you bring your physical card or printable card into the spa for us to redeem. All accumulated points and Referral Rewards Dollars will remain on your personal account and be ready for use once we reopen.

What happens if I record a fever when I arrive at the spa?

Due to rigid guidelines for the safety of our staff and guests we are requiring any guest with a fever registering over 100 to be rescheduled. 

What happens if I feel unwell just before my appointment and cancel, will I still be charged?

We encourage you to reschedule your appointment and we are waiving all late cancellation fees through the end of August.

What else are you doing in the spa to maintain a safe environment for your team and guests?

During our closure we had the spa professionally treated by MircoShield360 Antimicrobial technology. MicroShield360 is an EPA registered and FDA approved antimicrobial coating system that continues to protect treated areas and kill future pathogens  for more than 365 days.
